In the event of an accidental wrong-size order, contact us immediately to rectify the situation before the conclusion of the weekend sale. Please refrain from contacting us weeks later, as our products are made to order.

Returned or exchanged items must be in unworn condition. Charges are waived for REANIM8 errors or defective merchandise exclusively.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for returns or exchanges to be processed once your refund is issued or your exchange item is dispatched. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable for returns or exchanges.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer, so please be certain of your shipping information before ordering. In the event of a returned order due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs to the correct address. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
